Welcome to Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM ("Service"), a WhatsApp Business API messaging solution provided by Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), a business based in Mumbai, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service. By using Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM enables businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage message templates, automate customer notifications, and communicate with their customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform, integrated via Meta's official WhatsApp Business API.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM, you must have a valid WhatsApp Business Account, a registered business, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API access tokens.

3. Compliance with Meta Policies

Your use of Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM must at all times comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Meta Platform Terms, and Meta Commerce Policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if your use violates these policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to recipients who have not opted in
• Distribute illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Send messages promoting prohibited goods or services under Meta's Commerce Policy
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service

5. Data Handling and Privacy

We process and store business and customer data solely to provide messaging services on your behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected and used, and our Data Deletion Instructions page for how to request removal of your data.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service; however, availability may depend on third-party platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Fees and Payment

Use of Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.CRM may be subject to service fees as agreed between you and Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Any third-party charges levied by Meta for message delivery are separate and are your responsibility.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or Meta's policies. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
